We hope that you have been careful with your Hetmans!
But we understand that accidents happen. So we have a 1-Year warranty.
If your glasses break, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will send you a pre-paid envelope to send your broken pair to us.
As soon as we receive the damaged one, we will send you a new pair.
It will be sent by USPS First Class Mail; you are welcome to pay for faster delivery.
Please note that we will cover one free replacement.
