We hope that you have been careful with your Hetmans!
But we understand that accidents happen. So we have a 1-year warranty.
If your glasses break, please contact info@hetmans.com and send a picture of the break.
We will send you a replacement pair but cannot guarantee exactly the same, as everything is made by hand and in extremely limited quantities.
Your replacement pair will be sent by USPS First Class Mail.
Please note that we will cover one free replacement.
EXCHANGES
All pairs purchased in person will be exchanged only in person. If this does not work, we will issue a refund once we receive the purchased pairs.
